Samela Twin Tube Tunnel being built on Kangra Bypass on the four lane highway being built from Mataur, Kangra to Shimla has been crossed from today. NHAI Project Director BS Meena and Regional Officer Abdul Wasit themselves reached Kangra today to inaugurate the tunnel. News 18 correspondent Bichitra Sharma had a special conversation with these officials about what difficulties they had to face regarding the construction of the tunnel and how this tunnel will prove to be a milestone in the Kangra Shimla four lane.
