Mr Rakshith is in the wrong. If the original song producers have not consent to use of their audio, you have no right to do so. Especially when you have approached them for their permission. This is second time such accusations is being made against Mr Rakshiths production house. One more accusation regarding Kantara song was also made. In all 3 cases, I believe the film makers are in the wrong. If you don’t have the law please consult an advocate first.
