My sincere request to Higher Education Minister to see whether there is any discrepancy in Teachers and Lecturer recruitments. According to Modi Jee recruitment should be done according to Skill. It seems many students got admission in reputed University and College for P.G and B.Ed after Entrance and they are regular trained teachers, but it seems recruitment given irregular and distance course and passed B.Ed from other states sitting in house. So please do the needful

The teacher recruitment rules should be changed... Their should be an option for Professionals to be a teachers in Schools. Those type of teachers should be recruited who has the ability to give employable education. A subjective teacher can't give employable education..
