My sincere request to Higher Education Minister to see whether there is any discrepancy in Teachers and Lecturer recruitments. According to Modi Jee recruitment should be done according to Skill. It seems many students got admission in reputed University and College for P.G and B.Ed after Entrance and they are regular trained teachers, but it seems recruitment given irregular and distance course and passed B.Ed from other states sitting in house. The teacher recruitment rules should be changed... Their should be an option for Professionals to be a teachers in Schools. Those type of teachers should be recruited who has the ability to give employable education. A subjective teacher can't give employable education..

There was a post in every Department of Odia translator created by Late J.B.Pattanaik which was later abolished by BJP n BJD Govt..Hope dear Suryavansi will recreate those posts .I was one in the Tourism Department...Now for the last one decade BJD Govt employed OSD n Consultants with fat remuneration (, Needless to mention here that they were/are sychophant of BJD party..I wish the present Govt would review their contribution and the quid pro quo Govt avail out of such employment...If Odia would be the medium of administration then the Odia ignorant bureaucrats shall be proved worthless and emergency as the second edition of Nabin😂😂😂 Pattanaik..
