People are jobless, pollution everywhere, water-woes, daily traffic snarls on roads but still property rates are sky rocketing in NCR. Even piegonholes like new dda flats without no basic infra around are demanding unbelievable prices. Strange property scenario of India inspite of RERA etc. Better to leave this city and move to some peaceful tier 3 city instead because such conditions are already shrinking span for a quality life in a big manner stealthily.

रेलवे connectivity ना होना आज भी नोएडा की बड़ी कमी है। हजारों लोगों को Ghaziabad और दिल्ली के स्टेशन पर ही उतरना पड़ता है। ग्रेटर नोएडा के बोड़की स्टेशन को बड़ा स्टेशन बनाया जाना चाहिए

Gurgaon to actual m village , me 1 sal phle vhi job karta tha , bakwas road , barish m raste sare block .worst city ever I have seen in my life . I dont prefer buy home in gurgaon so I bought one flat in Noida and I am very happy.

गुड़गांव तो एक ब्रांड है ब्रांड जो कभी नोएडा नहीं बन सकता नोएडा में ग़रीब लोग रहते है और गुड़गांव में बड़े बड़े कारोबारी ओर उद्योगपति और सेलिब्रिटी रहते है

Noida is majority a speculators market. Black money of entire hindi belt in UP, Bihar and Jharkhand have been deployed in Noida region. Huge cash component in all secondary deals. Infrastructure has started to bear the load which was very light compared to size of roads. Wait and see if any major event like demonetisation disrupt the party of builders, financiers, brokers (end user is always exploited to the highest level)

Noida ma 18 mtr road pe acchi location pe kothi ho ya plit ho 4 lakh plus pet mtr ka rates bain.... Yaani rk 150 mtr ka plot bhi acchi location oe 3.5 cr. Se kam nahi hai..aaj ki date mai oct 2024

नोएडा में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट नहीं है बस स्टैंड नही रेलवे स्टेशन नही मेट्रो लाईन का 5 साल से कोई विस्तार नही हुआ नोएडा अथॉरिटी सोसायटी के रोड़ भी नही बना रही है हम खुद झेल रहे हैं हमारी सोसायटी के रोड़ गांव से भी बुरा है।

Pollution ka kya hoga, kab tak pollution control nahi hoga.. healthy living nahi mil sakti. Baaki sab best hai noida main. Gurgaon worst place in india to live

Both Noida and Gurgaon is still underdeveloped area. It will atleast take 15 years for them to be livable. Basic issues of water,electricity, water logging,safety still exists and rates are sky high.

Soon the prices of Noida will leave the price of newyork and Tokyo. 1 crore per square feet tak jaiga. So end user should stay away..let investor make money.

नोएडा में पानी की सप्लाई बहुत बेहतर है।नई दिल्ली में सरकारी पानी पीने लायक ही नहीं है लेकिन दाम बहुत ऊंचे हैं।
