Probably the reason I think we should not return the death penalty is because once we kill these monsters we can no longer study them in order to help learn about others who may turn out like them! Continuous lying = disrespect... there is a thin line between disrespect (for law and order) and criminality. The accused (female with glasses) seems cold hearted, and even irritated by the State Prosecutor. She "wanted to feel how it feels to kill someone". She thought it was sick for a dog to have been killed, but about murdering a person she said, "It was an adrenaline rush to be there. It was scary but exciting at the same time". According to her own testimony, she played an authoritative role in the planning and excecution of the murders. One of the accused (male) fell asleep during the court proceedings... very telling of his disrespect for law and order. Tight syndicate. Mini-cult... the Overcomers.
