There should be a very available leader who got experience, knowledge and capacity . A tamil leadership who can control and negotiate with other internal industry workers. Comunication is the important thing organic tamil leader will be understanding the culture wise issue. Pls. Understand it is not enough being a actor a and coming from other culture. Everybody have to understand if it is tamil nadu tamilan have to be a leader. why 1. Understand the language and speaking the language without barriers. 2 cultural understanding for group you are standing for. 3. Leadership talents negotiating and communicating. Find the solution which can't make everyone happy but the solution must give the rights to the correct partners.

If the movie is really good then sure the theatre will increase and people will watch it in any theatre in spite of big movie released..Best example is ratsasan, it was released in very few theatre then later shows increased and it sustained even after sarkar release...So content is the matter here....This rk suresh is promoting his billa pandi as like some good content, he should be ashamed that he is using ajith sir reference in whole movie and he think people watch it...Same applies to udhaya movie , if the movie is good then sure people will recognize....
