The fact that Kukis have more trust to Assam Rifles & lesser trust to CRPF/BSF is that, the later one can be easily control by state authority and mob, not that the personnels are bad. AR's are under the command of Army Officers and less likely influence by State authorities. We wish CRPF/BSF to be neutral & tough like Assam Rifles esp. along buffer zones.

We cannot blame that Delhi or Mumbai city gets better treatment then whole Manipur state. The govt can develop only the most populated area i.e. imphal, churchandpur plain, ukhrul area. Even Churchandpur has better district hospital than thoubal district they had to come all the way to RIMS for better treatment

Settle there , but for kukis if there are separte union territory made them 50 percent land given to them 5 Percent vally and 45 percent hill , and what meitei get they also. Get 5 percet valley land and 45. Percent hill land. And why this protest started cause manipur high court ordered that metei can be. Included in 6th sechdule list. So if kuki given to seprate land then your demand will automatically filled you got your 10 percent to 50 percent land separate administration , and peace
