By the way dhoni scored only 91 runs in 2011 final.... moreover dhoni is considered to gift India 3 ICC trophies but the fact is he flopped with bat in all those three tournaments and failed badly with bat in 2007 t20 wc final and 2013 CT final. He did bat well in 2011 final but people overlook the crucial partnership of Gambhir and Virat which steadied india's chase before that wickets were tumbling and when Virat got out, due had already taken its effect on the ground, making batting relatively easy then as all the frontline bowlers finished their first spell, even if Yuvi came to bat in his usual number and not Dhoni promoted himself in the batting order, India would have won that match.

Same thing happened in 2023 world cup and in 2003 world cup. Zaheer bowled well throughout but faltered badly in the final of 2003 worldcup. Probably he lacked this big match temperament. In 2003 whole team faltered. Luckily in 2011 we had MS Dhoni who loved big occasion and challenges. Even in 2015 world cup semifinals he was the highest scorer(65 of 63)and nobody supported him. In 2019 also he tried his best to win the match for India whereas so called run machines faltered badly.
