You misunderstood what the Imagined was saying. She's a brat... she was complaining _that in her mind_ Origin makes everything complicated by him insisting that people follow his plans, and that Origin "holds onto petty grudges" (meaning Origin's and Foundation's objections against whatever the Paradigm did that resulted in her being outcast) "that make reality harder to save". Imagined was not implying the Origin be a traitor, she was complaining about the "in-fighting" among the Seven. The Imagined is the one who is trying to find her missing memories... which are likely of her having been an I.O. operative.
