Sir I just have one question today after Muttappa Rai's death I was watching news.. I heard 2 statements one is there was some difficult thing which cannot be handeled by Karnataka person that's when Muttappa Rai introduced. But today in some of the news program you said he didn't have guts. If he is not capable will he why he is been introduced....? I think the answer is he was capable and strong.
