Very informative talk.I am a retired person.I have been walking regularly in both morning & evening sessions.Iwalk for 100minutes in each session.Walking has helped me to be free ifrom Sugar and B.P under control. Walking gives a boost to creativity.I am keeping my self fit and active through out the day. Regards.
