This is a lesson for those who repurchase flats. If you want home build free fabricated house through TATA or any standard construction company at cheap price.They are attractive and durable also. Don't trust bogus construction agencies or real estate companies. What guarantee is there for such sky scraper flats? For plan approval for 30 40 site, people has to pay 2.5 lakh government fee and no facilities. Also 25000 to pay to get signatures in the end. It is very sad to pay bribe with our hard earning money.
