1:38:55 I don't know if you understood Jasmine's point (I am assuming you did but still typing this for clarification) He said that Delhi's debt as percentage of GDP has decreased but Delhi's GDP has increase (almost double if I recall Jasmine's stats correctly) which would mean in absolute terms, the debt has increased in period but as a percentage of GDP it has decreased.

Reference: standards of education plummeting, hunger, unemployment, women's right, adivasi/dalit rights (tell. me when to stop) sexual violence, caste violence, communalism, dehumanisation of minorities, lynching, bulldozer injustice, brainless comments and backward attitudes of our politicians and business leaders
