That and along with work politics, India is one of the worst places to work in. In America, our managers tell us to take leave if we work for too long. On Fridays, our directors tell us to take leave after 2pm. Enjoying Saturdays, Sundays exploring different breweries, exploring new activities. America is the best country in the world for me.

Civil engineers already works 12hrs 6 days a week and a sunday duty in a month too 🥹 In construction industry, we are already doing over 70 hours a week.

Ek Banda auto bus ya train k sahare office jata h, Ghar se office Jane k liye kisi ko 60 to 90 minutes lagte h. Uper se Inka over time without pay. Fir utna hi travel karke Ghar jate h. Aise me iski 80 hrs wala jhunjuna kam n aata h. Isko kahi bhi Jana h to apni personal mehngi gadi nikalega, driver le kr jayega. Isko kaunsi mehnat karni padi. Mehnat to sirf corporate company ke employees kar rhe h ek majdoor ban kr. Aise logo ki buddhi waqt ke hisab se khatam hoti h is bat ka jita jagta sabut h 80hrs working ka faltu concept

In India we have many unemployed people, therefore instead of slyly saying increase work hours of workers would burden the workers in the family life and it would lead to worker burnout but instead new people can be recruited and more people wil gain employment and employer will have more production.

Yes, for companies and so called individuals for whom success came as serendipity and who made India back office hub and killed science and engineering education and who bill customers on hourly basis, it's natural that they don't care for work life balance!!!!!
