its not that easy. For that concept to work you need at least one excellent candidate from one of the parties that are in Race to form govt. Most of the time the competition was in shady history, assets, criminal records etc. etc of candidates. Any Elected representative who has no say in the Govt. can not do any thing.

Episode 1 and 2 were good. This episode is full of sarcasm and jokes rather than focussing on real content. You should have included selection and removal of speakers, roles and responsibilities of speaker and some examples of extraordinary speakers that our country had. Focus on making citizens more aware rather than just showcasing your creativity on sarcasms ans jokes.
