The crime scene at Burger Chef was cleaned up after they thought a couple of the teenagers workers stole the money from the cash register and went to go party. This is only solvable if someone comes forward with strong information.

I hope this is solved. Ive worked fast food closings in my early 20s. It was nerve wracking to know how easily the few kids around me could be targeted. Becoming a parent didnt help and my oldest could ve working fast food today.

My little brother used "Burger Donald's" interchangeably with Burger Chef and and McDonald's. This was such a hurtful case.

I work there at this time Mark and the other two teenagers were great people not involved in the drugs and the location where they were found means the criminals knew that area and I'm sure have all died by now horrible deaths because they were so worthless

I wish that was true, but it's not always the case. People get away, totally unscathed with a lot of things. I remember that the media at the time tried to implicate Mark. They even reported that he'd been running away from the killers and collided with a tree. They said that's what killed him. The media reports lead me to believe that he knew the killers. It's disheartening, but not surprising to find out that none of that information being floated at that time was true. RIP kids. 💔

You don't have to be a FBI agent to figure out that Jayne was the target. She was killed in an act of rage. Its not easy to get a knife into a heart and the knife broke. It means something to me that she was a bit older than the others. Thus more social connections with more adults in the community. It gets even more interesting when you find she previously worked at another location. The answer is in Jayne's personal life somewhere.

The police messed up the crime scene they allowed burger chef to open up the next day. The local police thought all four kids robbed the place and left town to party. The kids where kidnapped and killed different ways this was personal u could say a hit. The victims where killed 20 miles from store this was definitely a well thought out hit. A serial killer could have done this but i do not believe that is the case. The killer or killers knew the victims this was personal u don't kill someone over 600 bucks they did find the girls purses at restaurant i wonder if they had some money in purses if they did this was a fake robbery hence a hit. i wonder if boys had there wallets on them with money in them. I think the key to solving this case is the victims background who did they know what did they see one of the victims if not all saw something or heard something like i said this was a hit job and very personal.

Poor Jayne was the main target. Maybe I have watched too much Criminal Minds. But its not easy to get a knife into someones heart. That takes hatred and rage. Thats an awfully intimate way to kill someone. No signs of sexual assault, no semen found in or on her body. Someone was very pissed off at Jayne... Rest in peace guys...

Not only that, I just watched the full documentary and I can't believe that the police can't do their job right. They were literally given the names of the two guys that did it (Tim and Jeff) because there was a witness that saw them and recognized them. And they look like the drawings that were made out of description of another witness, and Jayne worked for Timm, and she was involved together with her brother in "business" before. I'm so dissapointed and angry, it's so sad they let this be unsolved.

This occurred the same night the Star Wars Holiday Special aired on tv and same weekend as the Jim Jones Peoples Temple mass suicide and massacre of 300 children in jungle of Guyana.
