“The Chinese overpay for these lands”. Why is there an issue here? They’re paying for land American’s aren’t interested in at a higher price and doing something productive with the land instead of letting it sit there. No different then the farms growing it legal for the dispensaries. They’re not growing Opium/heroin or anything harmful, just marijuana which is legal in most states. Smh
