Well said, Chris. You know, I'm an old man - and an old tv broadcaster. It used to be that television news was never supposed to make money. It was provided as a "public service". In fact, for a tv network to have and retain a commercial broadcast license, they were required to have a certain amount of Public Service Announcements (commercials) and local news during the 5 day work week. Instead, news has become prime time entertainment, filled with hyperbole that will attract eyes and ears and enrage the masses. The hosts will say anything to attract an audience. Remember the old movie from 1976 called Network? That "fantasy" has become reality I'm sad to say.

Well stated, Chris! I personally enjoyed your discussion with Tucker and respect you for your willingness and openness to do so.🎉 It's incredibly valuable to keep the conversation going and keep an open mind, especially when we don't see eye to eye. Looking for a middle ground between those we don't always see eye to eye with is where we can start to understand others' perspectives and possibly gain or see our own perspective in a new light. I've always thought this is one of the things that makes America great, that it's a country with many cultures, beliefs, and traditions yet we can still call ourselves Americans collectively at the end of the day.❤

Having Tucker and Cuomo together in an interview was extremely helpful for me to understand the truth on media and perception even more. They should get together more often! I beg to differ. Because when I saw he interviewed Carlson, my first question was "why give him a platform?" then this video popped up, and I agree with what he said. It changed my perspective a little bit, and that's what we need, people to change their perspectives, some people who are stubborn like me need the explanation and that's ok. I think it's ok to normalize stuff and explain to people why we should normalize stuff, it makes it easier to understand why it should be this way instead of that way. Have a good day :)

Tucked landed on his feet quite well, with a great platform and many supportive followers. Cuomo - not so much. He will have to do a lot over time to prove he's trustworthy... to me anyway. Playing nice guy on Tucker is a way to re-invent yourself and add some status. The people want more open conversation. The short 2 min debate of mainstream media is dead. Long, open, real, conversation’s is what we need. Bravo in venturing into this space.

The whole world needs to sit down and have a peaceful conversation with each other. Respect each other's opinions and don't try to force your thoughts and beliefs on others. I enjoyed that long conversation. 😊

My advice. Have Donald Trump on your show. Make it real and have a genuine conversation with him about his presidency and what he did.

Cuomo only did it for one reason and it's the same reason Tucker did the Putin interview. To get views .

Finally, a wise and thoughtful move is being made: reaching out to voices across different media platforms, even those with diverging opinions, to underscore to viewers the critical importance of voting for the most qualified candidate, be they Republican or Democrat. This strategy not only broadens the audience's perspectives but also encourages a deeper engagement with diverse narratives, helping them identify the most sincere and straightforward message. It's an invaluable lesson in critical thinking and the essence of informed voting.

I think the conversation was great. It show that we need to talk to each other and have healthy debate about issues. It showed me that we have more in common with each other than we have differences with each other, yet today we focus on the differences. "Love one another as you love yourself."

No. More and more people want to hear the truth! We want journalists to report what the real truth is and not the networks ratings and lobbyists spin on it and let the people decide for themselves. We really are very smart all by ourselves
