The difference is that Trump is promising to give away all this money, with zero plan to compensate for it. And his immature, uneducated, irresponsible, idea to put tariffs on everything will obviously make things much, much, worse! In comparison, Kamala wants to financially benefit the less fortunate, but she wants to compensate for this by making corporations and super billionaires pay their fair share. Kamala is a responsible person, whereas Trump has never accepted responsibility for anything. This is a major difference between them, and their plans.
