Tank does so much for the community as well. He's out here helping people and that's how it gets payback. All these folks out here talking about rent a cop this, and thug that, and all that other nonsense. Look up Taylor VS Taintor. It will educate y'all on how bounty hunters operate and how they are different from Cops. Also, Tank always alerts the PD of whatever city he's in that he is about to serve a warrant. SMH

He is an officer of the Court. The reason why police don't like him is because it supersedes their authority because they oppress all of you and they do not want you all to understand that they don't have as much control as they would like you all to believe the white man uses the police to control the entire populace and tank was a black man that was exercising his true rights underneath the letter of the law. Because of this they did not want him to operate in the fashion that he did , on top of that, the characters that are involved with this industry are generally criminals That's why the utmost care must be applied . Ummm when do bounty hunters serve warrants. They usually go after bail jumpers. Warrents are served by police, sheriffs possibly swat depending of severity.

It’s the law. In some states (most) bounty hunters with warrants can kick down your door. They are officers of the court. Police officers can not do this unless they have proof that someone is in immediate danger. Officers of the court can kick down your door legally if they’re looking for someone that refused to go to court or anyone on the run for a crime they committed.

Sometimes bail bondsmen act as bounty hunters as well. So when person they bonded out skips court, its their money on the line. If you read the terms of the bond when you get bonded out of jail, it specifically states that the bonding agency is on the hook for the full 100% should the person who was in custody miss their court date. When a court date is missed, the bonding agency is notified that the person has to be brought to the jail within so many days to be returned to custody, or they're on the hook for full 100% of the bail. So the bonding agency will often act as their own bounty hunters. Also, you have to be court certified to serve a warrant which is why many bounty hunters have "court agent" on their vest as well as badges.

@@SuperStewpidassoBail Agents/Bounty Hunters can as long as they have the warrant from the court. Hell, watch Bounty Tank's youtube channel. Anytime he's about to potentially serve a warrant and take someone in, he calls the local police department to tell them that he is serving a warrant at a specific location so that if there is no confusion. If he was doing something illegal, he's got 6 years worth of evidence on his youtube channel to that fact. There are federal laws and statutes that protect bail agents/bounty hunters when they have to serve warrants, and enter property by force.

I never knew who this guy was until now. After looking up his videos, I'm surprised it took this long for something like this to happen. When you recklessly go around kicking in doors in the middle of the night, it's bound to lead to trouble. Officers serving warrants would never do something like this. It seems like he thought he was invincible, doing things just for views and clicks. Recklessly standing in Front of door ways etc. kicking in doors-there’s clearly a lack of proper training. This might even turn into a stand-your-ground case, as it sounds like the people in the house feared they were being attacked by another gang. I’m not sure if they even announced themselves, and even if they did, based on the videos and the way they act, people inside might have still thought they were lying about who they were. Just like some criminals paint the tips of their guns orange to make police hesitate before shooting, this guy’s approach probably raised some major red flags. I'm sure this is a wake-up call for other bondsmen to be more careful. Either way, it’s sad to see anyone get hurt. Let me know if you’d like to adjust any part further!

How do you think its reckless? They have to announce themselves before they kick in someone's door. They can't just do it indiscriminately and without warrant, and typically its as a last resort when they know someone is either in the place that they have to bring in, or the person who co-signed is suspected of harboring the person and doesn't want to let them in.

@@soltkiote7785 notice what I said earlier. I said "They have to announce themselves" before kicking in someone's door. Also, they have to make an attempt to gain entry via someone allowing them in. You are not permitted to shoot a bondsman because you didn't let them in when they have a legal right to be there, especially if the co-signer puts this address down on the application. There is a explanation of rights on what the bondsman is and is not allowed to do on the vast majority of bond applications when it comes to searching someone's home.

How are they getting victimized when they get in trouble, he bonds them out, they skip the court date, and then he's responsible to pay the court the full amount of the bond because they decide not to be adults? What would you do if someone owes you 10k and disappear on you? Would you say, oh sure, I'll pay the court the 10k that they owe, or, would you attempt to get them and return them to court?
