Q1c. Every sitting judge of ICJ cannot be from same nation. & Once a country accepts the Court's jurisdiction, it must comply with its decision. & Court cannot take Suo motu cognizance for dispute between two states. Thank You Sir 🙏.

1. (C) The ICJ doesn't pertains to disputes between individuals. Every sitting judge cannot be from the same nation. The states under its jurisdiction are bound to comply with its decisions. The ICJ cannot take suo moto cognizance of any cases.
