Firstly don't push yourself for reading more. Start with only half article or 1 article daily. Give it 30-45 minutes and try to get maximum out of it. Note down the words as told in the video for vocabulary. Also make use of "Ok Google" to help you more into enhancing your confidence level. Just focus on Improvement rather than reading more.
