India has already agreed separateist movement during 1947 and agreed to give two separate countries to pakistan, bangladesh and still there is nehru-liaquat pact active and people who wants move can move to these countries. separateist can use nehru-liaquat pact and move to these countries. But someone want to do be separateist they will be neutralised and it is legal in the state
