Newsshooter at IBC 2015: Manfrotto by Litepanels

I purchased several of these lights the other day along with blutooth dongles. there is simply no information on how to insert the dongles. I and several others including the sales people at B & H photo tried to open the Bluetooth dongle bay with no luck. I tried calling Manfrotto but had to hang up after an hour of holding on. I left a message but have not received a call back as of yet. I am guessing customer service at Manfrottos isn't there. I also called lightpanels and the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about but did at least try and told me he would call back if he finds the answer. I guess I may either bring back the lights or break to dongle door.
