​@@shoaib349 its not, it only developed during the millitancy period of kashmir valley because funds couldnt reach the valley and went to jammu, and it still never became more developed then kashmir valley. As much as i like to criticize ourselves, we are better at standing up then jammu people. We are emotionally driven and double minded, but still pretty smart and fearless. His compliment is valid.
