Don't waste time. Five years is just 1825 days and already lost a few days. Please focus on building a solid foundation for making India another developed country. Improve the infrastructure (roads, canals, IT, power); reate a world class industrial hub in every district to create local employment (at least 20000 jobs for every MP seat and also to win the seat agin) and it will increase local tax revenues, invest in education (free or subsidised) for youth that improves job skills , improve the drinking water quality and wastewater treatment (it creates 100000 jobs), improve agriculture and allow farmers to export directly (create self employment) etc. It is not difficult to make India a world-class country. If you achieve 10% growth next 15 years, people don't need government assistance. It will only be politicians in India who need the vision, so we end up going to foreign countries and making them world-class.
