On Economic Reforms, Manmohan Singh was a Doer, but decision maker and facilitator was Narsimha Rao. Narsimha Rao was a genius, he knew and could speak in 17 Indian Languages. His life is interesting, when he died, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi did not even receive his body at Congress office, such was her rift with Narsimha Rao. At the end, when his body was cremated, it was raining and it could not burn properly. People reported that a part of his body was eaten by Crows and Vultures, the next day of his cremation.
