Basant Panchami(Saraswati Pooja) is very significant in Odisha's Hindu culture. Its a day considered auspicious for new beginnings. Many Brahmins have Upanayan Sanskar, many children have Vidyarambh ceremony, many conduct Grih-pratishtha ceremony, many have marriages on this auspicious day. Many schools and tuitions have havans & bhoj for students. Many devout students have food only after Pushapanjali ritual. Many shopkeepers & businesses too conduct havans and pooja in their shops and offices. 😊

13:48 Iman, its called 56 bhog(Chhapan bhog). Vishnu devotees offer 56 types of dishes as bhog to Vishnu ji. ISKCON is also a Vaishnav Hindu organization. Otherwise, there's no hard rule. People offer bhog as per their available resources.
