In a democracy: we the people are supreme. Nobody even the court has any job over and above the people. The judges are bound to follow the will of the people, if not , then there is no meaning to call the politics of a nation as democratic.

When a Nation is liberated from the possession of enemies then the nationals should acquire their lost materials and land . Here , if we examine the loss of Hindus are not so simple as the opposite political parties and the so called intellectuals propagate . It is the duty of the free India government to do justice to the most suffered.

Indian constitution is not at all a Secular one. It has a number of Articles or provisions that are contrary to the very concept of Secularism. It contains borrowed ideas/concepts from the West, particularly from USA where Dr. Ambedkar studied and earned his law degree. Since there is no time limitation on the fundamental rights of a citizen any court in the country let alone SC can deny the right to justice from the court. SC is nothing but a CS to calm/cool the petitioner.
