There is not at all Sixth Scheduled Power in this BTR Council, everybody knows it. This BTR Govt is run by the Dispur at the direction of CM of Assam. Earlier BTAD Council had more Power and Functions, they could give directions to DCs, SPs and other Secretaries of different departments. All the Rules/ Notifications were published under Gazettes of Govt. of India. Instead our elected EMs, MCLAs are being directed by the DCs, Circle Officers to function their schemes properly ... 9:44

Nice to hear the bites, but request Promod ji to attract investors to set some MNCs in Assam and BTR also like Yogi ji did for his home state. You have the reach to those networks. Believe me if you bring mnc into our areas most of the impending issues especially poverty will be eliminated. Issues are never ending phenomena hence what we really need is to focus on economics development and the Mantra for fast economic growth is MNCs and other Industries for example we can see the two different current GDPs reflection namely Bengal's refusal to economic development Vs Gujrat's acceptance to economic modal. We can see the difference today where these two states stand. Phele daridrata hataiye...fhir dekhiye Shanti ki marg saral ho jayenge. What I perceive is that all prosperous Indian states have MNCs establishment. As far as UPPL & its alley BJP are concerned they did wonders and we appreciate them wholeheartedly and Promod ji is a new man of vision and people can smell it. Gwjwnthwng 🙏
