I doubt you really shifted because that's not how it works. Your desired reality self has ALWAYS been in that reality, and always will be. When you leave - your desired reality self doesn't leave. Just your consciousness. Like flipping a television channel. You change the channel, but the episode is still running even without your viewing.

@Yvon Crz I mean I guess you could, but it doesn't really seem like a good idea. You WANT to put your DR friends/family through that pain of you leaving for weeks, or months at a time? What if you want to change DRs? You're never going to return, and that'll hurt them. It'll be like you died. Why would you want that?
