If you want this to work you will have to find a way to use Bater and oiling to be also with minimum effort meaning in you not have to be oiling the surface yourself you just have to put them and forget it and then you have dosa that's how you have to do it. Use an injector to introduce Bater and same for oil. You can sell pre-made Bater that way too.
