How to Update a TriCaster Not Connected to a Network

Hello, I have a 455 extreme tricaster that I could never update to 460 or advanced because of the costs, can I use NDI connections? He originally brought two network video connections with the ivga utility, is it possible that I can use them and revive my tricaster? In my country there is no technical support from Tricaster so I'm looking for help I hope you can help me

I have update windows on my Tricaster and now i have this message : Tricaster Elite Cannot be found on this system, what should I do please?

What do you do when it asks you for the Product key after the Update is completed

That doesn't happen every time but occasionally with a core update it does. If that does happen contact NewTek Customer Support at www.newtek.com/support/get-support/
