My home town of Newtownards. A wonderful Unionist market town steeped in history at the top of the peninsula. Falling under the shadow of Scrabo Hill and watched over by our ever faithful Scrabo Tower. It's my home and I love its people and our wee town of Ards.......

Agreed. The late George Walker, of Walker's Mill and the Mill School would be spinning in his grave at these morons. Mr Walker was a philanthropist offering his factory, School and land to the common people of Newtownards....Then we view THIS....😢😢😢😢

Are those the pallets left over from GBs export-deficite? Ah and burning the left-over tyres during a driver-shortage sounds simply consequent to me. Just asking as a German...

We don't burn tyres but the Germans almost burnt the world. Keep your pathetic remarks to yourself please as you know nothing about our culture...

@@trueblueulster Yea you celebrate the victory of the Williamites who went on to take away most of the rights of Irish Catholics and Presbyterians, imagine celebrating a victory which took place down in south i.e a foreign victory to you unionists quite ironic you celebrate it still and celebrating the loss of two peoples rights by the British government.

@@o-o2399 you have no idea of your Irish history, take a look at how the Scots settlers where treated pre 1690... There is nothing wrong with celebrating historical battles, it's done all over the world but you have a typical republican mind set. Offended by everything and ashamed of nothing.... You're a wonderful bunch of lads.... Oh let me guess,,, you're gonna respond with.. Tiocfaidh ár lá...

@@trueblueulster Yea I know a lot of massacres happened like portadown and stuff i don't deny it, but not long after the battle of the Boyne the penal laws happened which effectively put an end to most rights of Catholics and dissenters. It's quite ironic the loyalist community is celebrating this because most unionists/loyalists are Presbyterian aka dissenter it's quite stupid honestly to celebrate the end of your own family's freedom for nearly a century.
