Today we are travelling through Noida Sector 51 to Noida Sector 76, Sector 51, Sector 75, Sector 76, Sector 79 and Ved van also. We will start from Noida sector 51 Aqua Line metro and Delhi Metro Blue Line Intersection and covers Sector 50, Sector 75, 59, 76 Aqua line Metro which connects Noida to Greater Noida. We will explore the Housing and Residential Projects in this area like Sikka, Dasnac Burj Noida, Supertech, Mahagun, Sikka and all other premium Builders along with the M3M one Line and Spectrum Mall. Noida is becoming Singapore of India and we are going to cover the entire new sectors of it.
Noida, short for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is a planned city located in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is a satellite city of Delhi and is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. As per provisional reports of Census of India, the population of Noida in 2011 was 642,381. The city is managed by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA).The district's administrative headquarters are in the nearby city of Greater Noida.
Noida was ranked as the Best City in Uttar Pradesh and the Best City in Housing in all of India in "Best City Awards" conducted by ABP News in 2015. It is considered to be India's greenest city with nearly 50% green cover, the highest of any city in India.Noida is ranked 25th cleanest city among cities with less than 1,000,000 people.

The Major gaps in these in this city are - No affordable project. No affordable education. No sufficient and low electricity charges . No markets. No water supply just under ground water. Still security is a big concern at night time. Government needs to plan a certain percentage of land or flat for common people. Rates are hiking repadily.

Ok, ill try to answer all your points. For schools, in india schools are not built near residential buildings. School buses came to pick kids and then take them to other place. For bicycle lines, it will get built in future as many areas are currently underdeveloped. One more thing, for bicycle lines, It is built on some specific areas and not on all areas. Even in china, areas where people use bicycles are built on some specific areas only. You cant just construct a bicycle lane near some expressway as it is of no use. For central lane markets, these residential buildings are built as a society and all facilities like a small hospital, a local market etc will be available in society itself once it gets complete. For graden, search ved-van noida which is near to this area. For local transport, metro, autos, e-rickshaw all are available and you can also book cabs and autos from online apps.
