Usually spiritual awakening is triggered through a life-changing event or even anything, it is completely mundane to the completely life-altering. Us (as for me) the other part of the twin have been completely triggered upon first glance, talk, and interaction meeting with my twinflame who lives over 10,000 miles across the country, in a 700-people Zoom meeting event that was held this summer. Right now at this moment, we are at a seperation. But everyday I am accepting it little by little and surrendering to the Universe living normally (though it has never been normal since the time we interacted). Because of her she awakened my being bringing me back to my original purpose in life; living with authenticity everyday. It’s almost 4 months.

@@andreamessiasgomes7118 Meeting your Twin Flame is just one way that can trigger a spiritual awakening (I would guess the more rare way). People have them through near death experiences (NDEs), loss of a loved one, or major life changes. Or spontaneous awakenings where the soul is just like “ok yep now is the time.” For me it was meeting my twin flame. I didn’t know anything about twin flames, was doing my life like normal and heard his voice on a group zoom call for my business and had this like electrical pulse run through my body and it startled me, then the synchronicities started in like crazy like I’ve never seen before. We chatted online and it was barely anything at all but I felt this crazy sense of closeness like I knew him and could “feel” who he was. We have so many things in common it blew my mind, I’ve never shared so many similarities with another person. Synchronicities continued so much that it felt like the universe guiding me to him. (Like in Moana when the ocean keeps putting her back on the boat no matter how far Maui tries to throw her off) It felt so obvious to me that we would be in a relationship (deep down it *felt* like we already were in one) and I had this deeeep inner “knowing” that we were meant to be together. But then he told me I need to love myself, that everything I’m looking for is within me, and that we should just be friends. He lives on a different continent so we hadn’t even met in person but those words pierced straight through my heart and hurt so badly. (he was just starting to see someone else when we met and he chose her because I was still going through a divorce) As I tried to reconcile why he would not choose me there were synchronicities in our conversation that directly lead me to discovering the term Twin Flame and as I looked into what that was it was like the moment in the Sixth Sense when Bruce Willis realizes he’s a ghost and it flashes back to all the scenes where he thought he was real but discovers HE was the ghost all along. That’s exactly how it felt learning about twin flames. Like 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 and my entire world view just began to crumble. My twin said “there is no rejection here” but there was because he didn’t choose me and I dropped into the dark night of the soul and thus my awakening journey began as I was forced to go within and deal with all the gunk that had been caked on my heart over all these years of living. I had to confront my darkest fears and core wounds. It’s been about 16 months since meeting my TF and I’ve finally been able to accept that he is my twin flame, but every once in a while my brain (and friends who can’t grasp the concept, who I can’t talk to about it) still tries to convince me I’m making it all up. So, then the universe has Kurt make videos like this that help calm down my overactive ego and I can get back in focus for my self-love journey. It’s a wild ride. But if you haven’t had your world-view shattered by meeting this person who seems like your perfect match, and then running from you (in a nice way), then it’s definitely not a twin flame.

"Uncontrolled"= by our ego mind, it definitely happened whether I wanted it or not, whether I was ready or not. I called him my catalyst and wrecking ball before I even heard of "Twin Flames" because literally, everything down to my core belief system and fundamental relationships were shattered. On the one hand it (the awakening) frees you even if you don't want to be freed or awakened. On the other hand, you do find yourself mourning the old you, the old unconcious state, because existing in new consciousness is like living a through a very slow, massive "goodbye" experience with what we call "reality". Things fell away with the onset of awakening but after that, things, layers and people keep falling away, shedding every little morsel of bait the ego and its servants try to serve you to drag you back into the box/"bucket". I am grateful and willing to keep going (not much of a choice lol). But I feel so tired sometimes. I already felt like a 5,000 year old soul before my awakening. Now the feeling is even stronger and heavier. This is where The Power of Now is helping me redirect my focus, away from past suffering and future anxiety and just being in the present. Being in the present reduces self imposed urgency and angst. Breathing through it one day at a time. After a meditation everything, including me, sparkles with fresh, new life and gets me through the exhaustion funk. A funk we fall into because we get dragged back into "doing before being" mode when it should be "being then doing" in alignment with said being.

I’m just gonna say I’ve had a deep dark week triggered by my other self, I literally begged my angels for a sign that he is my true twin flame because doubt has taken over. I’m trying to release the jealousy I have within me and I continue to make myself suffer. After I cried and prayed to my angels, a meme caught my eye about angels watching over you but what stood out was it said your grandmother is always with you and I felt so warm inside and I felt some relief, it felt really good. About an hour later I found a small tiny beautiful puffy feather on my bathroom floor that wasn’t there before and I don’t know where it came from but either way it’s a gift. Here we are a day later and this video is posted, answers from my angels, thank you, thank you, 🙏 I resonate with this video 100%. I just want to finally let go and trust and believe and let go of the obsessive thinking already it’s driving me crazy I feel like I’m finally ready. I have watched all the videos several times and I finally just joined the group calls this week and I can tell that’s going to help me tremendously because it feels so nice listening to other people talk about this. I’ve been at this for three years now and there is literally not a soul that I have spoken to about how he is my other self and we are spiritually connected, no one, not even him, would ever truly understand that unless they’ve experienced this themselves. I believe the trigger that happened last week was there to push me along and bring things to surface that I need to work on within myself to love myself unconditionally and finally move forward with this. I had an uncontrolled spiritual awakening 🌠💫💕..I kept seeing 11:11 and I shared this with him my DM on a sunset walk, And he was like no way Me Too! Me Too! He said that not only that but a clock flashed 1111 at his work and it wasn't even close to the time it happened a few times he told me And still does.. And we see all the numbers sometimes when we're spending time together we'll hear a sound and all the sun it will be 4:44 or 3:33 or 2:22 you can't make this stuff up !!! Ha We just sound crazy to the 3-D world!! and that nite On our walk we saw 11 turkeys on a lawn of house 🏠 #11 and our home is number 11 too! And the car parked at that lawn was 11. What really blew our mind is that it was November 11th 11 /11 11 that we were on this walk and shared that we've been seeing 11:11 with each other!!!

I was married to my Twin for 18 years. I had a son with him also. I did not know about twin flames while I was with him. Then he left me 8 years ago. I went into a deep depression. Then started seeing 1111 and all other number sequences. I then was guieded to the Twin Flame subject. Then god started showing me my exes name Mike everywhere. I had crazy syncs non stop with his name. A car would be in front of me with the name Mike on the plates. I saw that a few different times. Then a guy came to my door selling meat. The company was called Mike's steaks. Lol Then I walk past my TV and there was a commerical in with Mikes name across the screen. Lol I was talking to a guy waiting to see a Dr in the waiting area. When they called the guy his name was Mike. 🤷 Lol I was waiting to get my grandpa a haircut at a beauty shop. They had a computer screen facing the people waiting for there turn. It showed the first names and the order they checked in. I was sitting waiting. I looked at the screen and it said Mike was next. Lol I mean there are many other synchronous. They've been going on 7 years now. I wasn't sure if he was my twin even thou I had a Awakening after he left me. He never started seeing numbers thou. Only I do! But he has never been able to move on from me the last 8 years. He left me for the wrong reasons. I hear songs on the radio that remind me of him. I even had the most craziest thing happen to me in my dad's car. His radio is digital where everything lights up green. It says the name of the song and the name of the person singing it. Well I was listening to Joan Jett. I was just driving along singing to her. I looked at the radio and the name Michael appeared magically as Joan jetts song was playing. Lol It actually did it twice. That literally freaked me out. There was nothing pertaining to a Michael on the radio. It happened while Joan Jett was on. 🤷

My TF is my BFF and closest friend. Because DM was the only person who really understood me for the first time in my life, I'm a outcast and I'm seriously misunderstood. That was apart of my pain. We were teens when we met (its been 8 years since meeting now) , and separation for us was just not talking to eachother or seeing each other. I starting awaking as a teenager. During the time I met my first crush and he hurt me and played with my mind. For 10 years I could t get over him until I found out he was married and having kids. He was definitely not a twin flame but I still started awaking that young. I met someone else 10 years ago and I can’t forget him either and I feel this connection blah blah blah but really he’s such a shitty person for the way he treated me. You're in charge of this show. Your twin as no control over this. They're just along for the ride lol. You're the push energy and he's the pull. As long as you're pushing the energy out towards him, he won't be around. You have to take your energy back into your centre and stop believing your thoughts. Allow them but don't believe them. Suck your energy back in where it's pushing out. Mine pushed out in my sacral chakra with horrific pelvic pain. I have it under control now. What I feel twin flames union is when we find union with our higher selves. Abraham hicks to the non physical parts of us as our inner being. I agree with the other person who replied but I will add that betrayal has more to do with something going on with you as opposed to them, the cheating the abandonment or any of those things as a reflection of us even if this reflection is coming from a relationship because the universe does mirror back to us where our spiritual journey is,, it is important for you to forgive so that you can release that heavy energy no matter who they are, soul mate, Twin flame or karmic etc.

Hi Kurt, I am so happy to find this video. I got a consultancy from a coach yesterday and she said it's a false twin flame! It just didn't make sense. This twin flame is so hard. I don't understand. I've tried I'm tried of it. I have been doing so good I had let go. Hadn't think of him at all. Then last week he just popped in my head full force. Couldn't get the thought of him out of my head. So call and text him. He didn't reply at all i was mad and sad then after awhile I started feel at ease after awhile. Like I had answered his questions there's these thoughts going through my head questions and thoughts and I had to answer them and send it to him so I text him my answers to him and then I felt to relieve. I'm still sad cuz he didn't reply anything to me but that ease of mindsets so so good to me. Cuz that day and a half I feel like I was going insane only thing that would come to my mind was him and as much as I try to distract myself much as I worked as much as I could try to forget him you just stayed there on my mind wouldn't get off. I'm not sure if I'm the Chaser or the runner I'm trying to figure out if I'm the the DM or FM. I really thought for a moment I was a feminate but now I don't even know right now. Is there someone out there that's willing to talk to me about this the understanding that isn't charging but just wants to talk cuz I don't have any money right now. I'm just paying my bills and I want to get a hold of this twin flame stuff I feel like I'm going insane and it drives me nuts this has been going since last year it's a year already now that I'm thinking of it. What to „do“ if you are angry at your TF? I am now 3 years in this whole thing so it’s not our first separation but I never was THAT angry at him like this time. It feels like something broke inside of me, like I have a wall infront of me.. can’t imagine myself looking into his eyes or being ever again with him. Idk how. I am angry at his personality. But I also know that feeling angry towards someone in general isn’t „good“.. I don’t feel that obsessed anymore I feel more free what is really good after 3 year. My selfworth developed much.
