If you want to prolong the dnos you stay in your head and focused on them and do no inner work,, however if you want to get through it and grow you must detach completely and let go of the idea of reuniting to make your life easier/complete and do the inner work. Reunion is only possible when you have healed and are independently happy and at peace with you,, learn to fall in love with yourself 💖

The more time passes and I focus on myself, meditate, and read Tolle's book, the more my feelings for my TF fade. He chose another woman and wanted to keep me as a " friend ". No way! I chose NC. I really don't know if I want him if he returns. No friendship for me.... I don't want an ex hanging around as a " friend ". I'm thinking of manifesting a soulmate and living a normal life. We are both seniors. I'm too old for that push and pull s**t. I am so happy the DNOTS has passed, and the thoughts are becoming less and less obsessive. Thanks, Kurt, for showing me the way. With me, I feel my DM’s energy/feelings/emotions and thoughts. When he’s sad I’m sad, when he’s happy I’m happy too. For example, few weeks ago I felt so much sadness and grief, I was crying so much and I didn’t know why because I had no reason to be so sad and crying so I went to his Facebook and saw his post saying his mother had just passed away so I realized I was feeling his sadness. When he misses me i feel it so deeply. I’ve known him for 15 years. We’ve been on and off.. We have grown a lot. He’s married with 3 small babies and I’m on a path of healing.

Yep I feel his pain Two weeks ago I was feeling horrible!! Like physically sick and I don’t get sick often, rarely But he texted me and told me that he was sorry he wasn’t reaching out to me bc he was so sick that he couldn’t move We both had stayed home that Friday and I was out! Yeaahhhhh that's how I meet my divine masculine about 6 months ago. She already has boyfriend. When I meditate and my mind energy is increasing, I met her by 'accidentally'. That is sweet meeting. And when I meditate again, she act syncronicities with me. (Sorry for my grammer). I experience this several times, like what you said. Law of attraction still works with your tf. Except it’s different than what you think, you have to completely detach from them then they’ll start wanting to be with you. But you have to feel zen with them, check out Kurt’s playlist of the true spiritual journey it’s really helpful!

Literally 4 days ago I reactivated FB messenger after two months and he was all "did you block me!?? I was so worried!! I couldn't stop thinking about you! Are you okay!? Did I do something? I'm sorry! I'll do anything in my power to make you happy!" And now he's all "meh, friends, I don't do feelings, etc..." again. 😂 This is the weirdest thing I've ever experienced and most of the time now I'm just wanting to continue my happy life with my current partner (who has been super amazing and understanding through all of this because I told him the whole story straight up when we met) but there are those other times where I'm like "test it. Let's see what he does this time." 😂 I'm just so curious about this whole thing. I'm not sure if I will ever spiritually awaken "permanently" or not but I'm definitely feeling a lot better about things. My brain always has thoughts of him in the background but now I just kind of laugh about them. They aren't as loud and distressing anymore. Which is honestly huge because months ago I was a total wreck and didn't see how I was ever going to feel better. Thanks, Kurt. I have infinite gratitude for you. My TF literally told me “I can teach you how to let shit go” My soul was awakened and I knew there was a message for me I had been in a one way marriage for 20 years and had left my husband (still married right now) but I was stunned bc he was like speaking to my soul. Yes! Don’t bother him at all. I made the mistake all at the beginning. I wish I would of agreed with him and let go. And then went no contact. Not blocked. But no contact. Leave him be and don’t reach out. Focus on yourself. I know it’s hard but plz listen to me. Bc I left him alone at first and it seemed like he cared and started moving towards me and then I chased and begged and he completely shut down and pulled away. And now I’m going on 8 months. He talks to me every now and then and hasn’t moved on but it’s not still where I want it to be. He did agree to come to cedar point with me and my daughter this month so we shall see. It was a pain for a long while till I finally decided I needed to take Kurt’s course, trust me IT HELPS. Also I’m not with my tf 😂 I almost was I had gotten to the point where I was fully present & at school my tf would act nicer to me all those days and ended up eventually leaving that person but I got excited and they ran! That’s the problem, you don’t need to get somewhere like “being present” it’s not a thought it’s something you be not do. Watch Eckart Tolle videos & samadhi. Do this for real not for him but for YOU. The more you pin to be with him he’s not going feel the same. Actually you should stop even talking to him don’t be friends right now ghost him because if you want something romantic we’ll he’s not going to feel the same right now because you’re not in your soul energy. Being present isn’t hard actually. Meditate, Work out, Read Books about Zen, Watch your mind. That’s all! Your mind is thinking well what if, “it’s too hard” your mind isn’t going to help you detach or be with your tf.

Hi Kurt I listen to your videos for the spiritual part,, and sometimes you’re funny, who doesn’t need some humor at this point? 😅😂 so I’m at the surrender stage for sure it’s very tricky to maneuver at times, but it also helps that before meeting my twin I was already on the spiritual journey of my own for years and years, but I think for me,,, my twin was the catalyst to get me over the bridge, the final piece so to speak for merging with my souls process. I have noticed that when my twin comes into my thoughts or i’m aware of him in my heart ♥️ I simply notice without attaching any emotion to it and it helps slide the feeling through my vibration. Oh yes he still there, and at times I long to talk to him, but it’s not obsessive anymore. In fact I’m more peaceful than I ever was before meeting him. As far as your courses are concerned, I would encourage anybody to take a course that, (if you’re brand new to traveling the spiritual journey) , would help you maneuver it better. Based on what I see from your free videos, you have the answers many people are seeking so I thank you for that. You’re amazing and so is Andrea. 😊😊😊

@@sweetlullaby5156 hey I’ll give my experience,,, I met him in 2021 April, I wasn’t attracted to him at first,but felt a pull,, we had a bubble love phase until triggering started about 8 weeks in,, we stayed bubbly (great word lol) the triggers had to with his need to have things a certain way,, and I wanted space,, but we loved a lot. We got along except for the one same argument. In the 11th month (last March) we broke up,, I thought was temporary BUT he rebounded with someone he knew for 3 weeks because she fit the bill for his business as she had connections. He moved in with her immediately and out of state. I was devastated, henceforth discovered twin flames. DNS began and it’s been an interesting journey. He’s only contacted once through email pretending to be happy (read between the lines lol) and I responded with giving him the best side of me but removed of letting him know what I’d gone through. It’s best to be forgiving but never overture’s of love,,, Never do that even in a regular relationship, as it causes them to run the other way. He asked if I had a boyfriend (hmmm) as well. I do as a matter of fact, but it’s a little flat but comfortable. That’s a long answer to a short question. So it’s been about 6 months of being apart. I’ve never been so peaceful yet some sadness remains. It won’t last,, cycle’s never do so take heart 💜 remain close to spirit and do the work. Do not whatsoever focus on your twin. I hope this helps

(bubble phase lasted for 5-6months, we used to talk on the phone everyday but now it's like I don't exist) heard of the term twinflame about two years prior meeting him. as of now we're "friends" but we don't even talk. focusing on myself now.. it's been a year after my DNOTS.. I remember having to meditate before meeting him when DNOTS started.. had to be present just so I could not break down when I'm with him. lol Right now I'm also trying to balance the energy. I did have a strange dream last night, about marrying a soulmate but end up hurting his feelings. In my dream I regretted being with someone for the sake of being in a relationship.

Mine went through a "Dark Night of the Soul" 8 Years after I did. We've been in "Seperation" for 12 years. She DIDN'T ever Even once tell me "She Loved Me". but what she did after getting Married? all made it completely apparent. She Must've wanted that? I just as of this morning got attacked, by her husband online. It's very complicated... There are Spiritual "DM" Twins.... It's all very rare & mysterious, but they *can rise up to meet you. Ive never met mine which is soo confusing cuz for the longest i didnt know what they looked like and now i can see her as a real person and the minute i feel like she comes back it pisses me off more cuz of the game they play.. they come back when youre good and then throw you off again.. so its best to keep them blocked, in a sense im glad i never met mine physically otherwise id be all over them.. but focus on snapping out of it..

How do you shake off that deep and strong knowing that we are meant to be together?? At this point of time, I don’t really care about what’s happening in the 3D right now. I would be rather happy if we went our separate ways. But I just can’t shake the solid knowing that we will be together. It’s kind of annoying. I would like to focus on manifesting a better partner.

They run because your energy is pushing out onto them, the thoughts carry the energy so it's both. Once you're fully detached, your thoughts won't carry the obsessive energy anymore, and that at point you're not really thinking about them anyway.
