I get it now. The twin flames are split from the same soul and that soul is splintered and seeks to improve and be molded so it can once again become one, each part of the soul has experiences and knowledge the other part needs.

Sometimes when I feel stuck in life, I contact my twin flame. Sometimes I think, why bother her? But if I don't do well, I keep her back as well. And every time something happens, even if her kind words only show support. I always come to a new perspective very quick after that. The obsessive time of my life was sooo detrimental to me and my life, I couldn't focus on anything , my life was falling apart , in every area. I finally managed to focus on my life , currently I am working on my physical health and money . I will be forever grateful I did invest into it and went through the course. My TF works in the same house that I live in, so even when I try to avoid seeing him, he comes out to say hi and catch-up, either as I'm about to head out for work or when I get back.
