The Electoral Court has dismissed the ANC's bid to have the uMkhonto
we Sizwe Party deregistered. MK Party spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela
says the ANC was left with egg on their face after trying to create a
propaganda impression that they won the case.

ANC is not stupid to take such a weak case to court. My assumption is that they are preparing for the bigger cake which is election rigging in cahoots with the IEC. This victory will be conveniently used to justify the integrity and impartiality of the IEC.

They did it deliberate and here is my analysis. If ANC was a serious party, it would have gotten into first gear and followed the process and made its submission on time. Every one was napping at the wheel. The assumption is that , is the cader deployment strategy worked and the the deployed caders within the IEC, wouod have notified the ANC HQ the minute MKP registration was lodged, this means the deployed caders were already showing the vote of no confidence on the ANC and the leadership. Because if the ANC was really working , then tbey would have known. Third point, it shows the the ANC internal intelligence system is outward focused making internal matters compromised. Remember JZ is an intelligence operative, he operates11 moves ahead. His contempt of court episode was just a ploy to give CR17 false sense of security. If ANC internal information surveillance, was working, th3y woukd have known what was in the pipeline and the direction of the pipeline flow. Waging a legal battle after the facts shows that the case was made weak deliberately, i mean a lame excuse of a delayed response due to holidays, is not showing shap.legal minds within. This is not rocket science. If you have a legal matter, you respond quickly. Im.sorry but ANC is a bad unacceptable reason for a party that deserves a second chance. Even the case of of the speaker, graft , they knew internally that she and the others were grafting. Our constitution says majority rules, so if MK win elections in majority, and they want Zuma, then Zuma will be president, like Mandela. We also have to look at what was Zuma arrested for, and he got arrested without a trial. Zuma didn't want Zondo as a chair, and the concourt forced him to attend without hearing why he feel like Zondo was not a good person to chair that commission, because his rights were being surpressed by the concourt itself, he decided not to attend, then they arrested him without court appearance, and the decision was taken in his absence, which is something that will remain in history, about the judiciary of our time!
