To arrest them, there are conditions the law prescribes: One: It should have been in "caught in the action", OR based on clear evidence/proofs of "prima fique" (in this case, it still needs to be found a reason for custody to be decided by a court). Should the police have enough evidence, the courts could order to arrest and prosecute them. Just look at this police member saying the money may have been paid in cash, without evidence. Everything he is saying is subjective.

So far, no Judge in this world will implicate KELLY. She is a victim who would be killed should SENZO not protect her and as the Judge said, she wouldn't rush with SENZO to hospital. All facts against KELLY so far, are subjective and count nothing for the court.

Two confessed the crime, if I am not mistaken, and the court accepted the confession of one of them during the "trial in a trial". Some of them killed MEYWA indeed. If you look to the strategy of the majority of them, it clearly will let the court to conclude they are making an indirect confession, by trying at all cost to link KELLY as mastermind. They think by implicating KELLY, they will be saved. If KELLY is the mastermind, then, they are admitting being the killers, right? They should be battling to prove their innocence, but they are rather just bringing one more person to join them in jail.

@@Expagorater There is no doubt at least three of them are guilty and one confession was accepted on the "trial-in-a trial". One of the confessions was denied by the court. They have no means to defend themselves so far, and they are trying to implicate KELLY at all costs, expecting this will save them. Should KELLY in fact be the mastermind, although the previous and current Judges, the prosecutor, even myself, see no motivation or evidence against her; them the outcome would be to arrest her to be in jail with them. It would never be to arrest her to let them free. Let as assume she ordered them to kill, and they executed. All would be guilty. Wrong and desperate strategy by the lawyers, as they are guilty.
