I prefer Mnisi to take over with his experience over being a former prosecuter and understands law and able to dispute or challenge Baloyi when law is misinterpreted, and again need some 1 who will boldly tell it like it is, I don't fault any defence but all I know is that the defence is good in different aspects, Msholo asks directive questions, Nxumalo is good in cellphone records, Mosipidi is in ballistic Questions and Mnisi is good in scientific as well as Law procedures

I believe Adv Mshololo, wanted to rush Mngomezul's family to really find out if Mngo was indeed in court on Monday, and also to find out if there is last words from Mr Mngomezulu regarding this case as well as witnesses he wanted to utilise regarding this case, and what's vital is that the state knew Mngomezulu was getting ready to start his cross examination and chances are Mngomezulu himself might find his illness very strange and started to build his evidence and plant sources who will reveal the truth, my hope is that the defence will soon reveal the evidence about Longwe, and my woory is that Gininda stated that he doesn't want the defence to feel uncomfortable about his sources updating him abt the progress of these Defence team, chances are he might have know about admission in hospital about Mngo,if sources says Mngo was seen on the court premises, then sources might know where Mngomezulu ended on that day, and again Mngomezulu crucial information that might cease this case😢

A very sad and painful feeling indeed. I was so waiting for Mngomezulu's cross examination to this crook police officer and Baloyi but I guess God had other plans. May our Bulldozer rest in peace. I'm now very worried about his family since obviously those crooks know that she know a lot about this case and there might be relevant documents that will expose them at the house.

Because its said that he passed on on the early hours of the morning(tuesday). So the question is who did ratha s souce see in court or was raths joking knowing that mngo had passed on??
