Easy to deal with illigal mining once abd for all. Get the minister off Natural resources identify all the non operating mines see if there are active illigal mining under ground, allow them to come up, have the medical team on standby on site, judge ready to decide on them then have buses ready to take them to their boarders in collaboration with their countries officials to have buses ready to take all in different directions off the boarders back to their cities. u cant keep them for more than a week no space unless we gave three big tents with foldable beds a few mobile toilets and few mobile showers, a processing system to take pictures and finger prints to be savable and used for referencing if ever some come back illigally. one week max to deport dont keep for too long.
