Ceasefire must be parallel to Nairobi-Rwanda peace process - Sibango

There are growing calls for a ceasefire in the DRC following a rise in the death toll of SA troops, which has shot to 13.
"I would be grateful if the ceasefire would be achieved parallel to the Nairobi and Rwanda peace process. It would show that our soft power approach would be worth employing, in fact, if we had employed it before we would not have realised the kind of results we are confronted with today" - retired SANDF Maj-Gen Mlindeni Sibango.
