It was a very terrible interpretation of the law by the electoral court, perhaps they were trying to avoid judicial over reach and let the issue be decided politically and they ended making a dogs dinner of the case. That said, it’s all opinions and hence why there is an appellate court. The electoral court needs to be properly resourced and staffed.

The constitutional court doesn't lay anything bare, the judges were biased in their decisions as they were saving face for sentencing Zuma without trial. The constitutional court acted unconstitutionally as Zuma was sent to jail without trial and without appeal. The constitutional court is a banana court. It is important to mention that a court decision will not influence our support for the MK party. The constitution is ineffective and does not facilitate economic development for black individuals. Change is imminent, and individuals relying on courts for protection and foreign-funded organizations should not be permitted in South Africa. They serve the funder's interests.
