IPHC brothers ordered to vacate church premises and stop wearing church uniform

As the International Pentecostal Holiness Church succession battle continues, another faction has instructed the two Modise brothers, Tshepiso and Leonard, to vacate all church properties. IPHC's Jerusalem spokesperson, Vusi Ndala says the two brothers should vacate the church premises.

If you listen to Mr Ndala's media briefings, he is always presenting facts (i.e court documents and SAPS cases that were opened, etc). However, the other two sides (both sons factions) are standing on one ground...the surname and often seek societies' empathy that someone is taking away their 'inheritance'. Such a magnitude Church will never form part of one's estate. The personal estates of the Church Leaders was dealt with in terms of Intestate Succession Act, although some of the Church's properties was allegedly stolen by being transferred to an estate of the latter & deceased Leader.
