It's always been like that long before DA! Atteridgeville, Lotus, West Park, Danville, Philip Nel....those areas of Pretoria West have always been clean & maintained under ANC, until DA! I knew Cilliers Brink was talking nonsense when he claimed people are just using wrong areas as dumping sites(typical DA excuses they use in poor western cape townships). Pretoria is not Western Cape, these townships have been some of the most cleanest townships in South Africa for decades! They are trying to collapse them!

I'm staying in Atteridgeville at Gwangwa Street. End of January 2024 I paid R2532.00 for the utility bill. I cannot tell the reason for such a huge amount except to say, if they decided to give one month free. That amount is claimed back for the month after. Imagine!
