Bruh, that is literally like a dog. All my dogs love to wrestle. One if which will roll over when I'm patting her belly in the harder side. Not hitting her, but closer to the almost pounding side. In any case, animals are weird. They can have things and habits that they like that we may find weird but are totally normal behaviors for them. If you think there's something wrong with them then take them to the animal clinic....and give them all the love they need.
