thickness has got nothing to do with strength, a High speed steel can be way stronger than half the thickness of normal carbon steel or iron sheet

U r right, but in all cars almost all companies use same type of steel, u can check my other videos . The cars having five star safety having very thick steel. The volkswagen virtus even used more thicker steel then the nexon . But the companies like maruti say that they used high tensile strength steel with very less weight and thickness half of nexon. You know the rating of those cars.

Tata motors steel is very thick and high quality steel as its their own production from tata steel and they save money too... TATA transfer some part of that monetary advantage to customer too...Thats why they are priced little low and offering better quality. Rest of the manufacturer's are different. All the electronics used in all the cars are similar.

Thats what i want to say.....thickness doesnt means more strenth...outer body thickness varies minimum 0.8 to 1.2mm in modern vehicles wheather its cheap and expensive more than that was used in older gen vehicle and some car specific ....as i get to know that below 0.8 outer Sheet metal consider as weak For an car......stuctural strength doesnt come from how thick is body and how much uhss you use.. it comes from where you used it....that over excess steel weight compromise the braking and stability of the vehicles no wonder why there are so much accident of nexon and cases of toppled

I booked Brezza ZXi plus black manual on 24-09-2023 non hybrid in Guwahati or should I go for nexon fearless. It’s my 1st car so totally confused. I also learning driving. Dealer informed 4month waiting period. Need your and subscribers advice is that my decision ok.

Go with nexon fearless due to 6 airbags, 5 star rating, and also maruti removed hybrid variant due to which mileage of brezza is now reduced.

MARUTI HAS BETTER ENGINE AND MILEGE ALSO SERVICE. TATA IS ONLY CASHING ON BUILD QUALITY AS IF WE ARE ONLY MEETING ACCIDENTS EVERYDAY. Dude don't listen to him.. Brezza also has 6 air bags, the Brezza platform is also 4 star rated and in many accidents of the new brezza all 4 passengers were safe with very minor injuries. The main thing in every car is it's engine and Brezza has the best engine in terms of refinement, reliability, mileage, long term use and for hilly areas. As you said you don't know how to drive, then again brezza will be much more comfortable because of its smooth engine and gearbox. Don't listen to anyone just go for Brezza you'll not regret anything. Only if you're planning to purchase your car for like 4-5 years then you can opt for Nexon.

Yes , but we also measured chassis ,under body and internal structure thickness. I already told in the video that by this we can get idea of build quality not the exact rating.

@paramsingh9430 Almost they use same kind of metals , it depends how heavier metal is used in the car.it is clear in video that nexon uses heavier metal and its weight is also more. Btw crash even crash test results are there for both above cars so nothing to say.
