first case: Scooty rider was at fault, she was on the wrong side plus she was in the blind area by A pillar. Second Case: Nexon driver is at fault, he should have seen the main road traffic coming from right before entering into it.

you read my mind, I was also thinking the same reason since both times the drivers are different, so definitely issues can be visibility in car, infact the rear seat of nexon feels really claustrophobic 😊

@@ManieV Was speaking from Experience, I own a Nexon DCA. I am a New Driver as well. And know that for a fact. If you keep saying A Piller is a Issue. It's not going to help your Driving. You have to improve your Driving Sense & be on Alert at all times. 😁😁😁

Now a days people consider braking as disrespect to thier ego,talking about both car and bike drivers,koi bhi brake nhi lagana chahta,but agar ego ko side rkho,to brake is the best option in any situations,even in panic situations,log ajkal steering jyada ghumate hai jese unki gadi koi supercar ya superbike hai jo or bade accident ka karan banta hai 😢

In both case naxon driver was guilty. In 1st case, it was BRTS crossing and not wrong side. In 2nd case, hundai was going straight and Nexon driver jumped on Hundai way. So again here Nexon driver was guilty. Seems like nexon driver was the owner of the road.
