@@flightrisk6176Not too sure. But after a year of deep research into Nexrad, I'm finding those radars aren't capable of stimulating weather.. When it comes to electromagnetic transmissions, ionospheric heater arrays is where we should be focused, billions of watts are required to modify the atmosphere.

@@daleneparole1502 oh I know. I just mean more specifics- the green flashes are nexrad towers sending of signals? The white is chemtrail haze? Wanting more specifics.

the white is clouds, the green is them amping up the power on the nexrad. I suspect that day/night effects also play a role, as does cosmic rays from deep space. I think they use high power microwave bursts to make it rain and to steer the weather. Ive seen them dump tons of moisture from power plants and other plants simultaneously in north to south lines before also, and seen them spray race track style rings as contrails or clouds that were heavy and those coallesce into a cloud line over Big Spring TX, prob out of the AFB in Abilene, which led to a storm front then severe weather in Georgia later that killed like 10 people from it.
